We are finishing our bathroom and we saw these and realy like them does anyone else have these if so do you like yours?

Mine is a cerimac counter top and the sink area has grooves in them. Can you smooth them out by sanding and repainting? I can’t afford to put in a new counter/cabinet at this time.
